Raising Awareness in Schools and Communities
- Educating students and local communities about the environmental and nutritional benefits of edible insects.
Welcome to Amino Insecto, a nonprofit organization founded by passionate high school students on a mission to revolutionize the way we think about food and sustainability. We’re dedicated to promoting the consumption of edible insects, a nutritious and eco-friendly protein source. Join us in this exciting journey as we explore new flavors, cultures, and possibilities with edible insects. Together, we can make a positive impact on our world, one bite at a time.
We believe that insects offer a nutritious, eco-friendly, and innovative solution to global food challenges. By promoting insect consumption, supporting sustainable farming, and fostering innovation in the food industry, we aim to reduce environmental impact, combat food insecurity, and create a healthier planet for future generations.
I believe that even the smallest idea can spark global change. Through Amino Insecto, I turned a simple question—can insects change the future of food?—into a mission that educates thousands, empowers communities, and redefines what sustainable living can look like for the next generation."

Amino Insecto was born from a simple question: Can something as small as an insect change the future of food?
What began as a youth-led idea has grown into a movement — redefining how people see nutrition, sustainability, and second chances. From creating fine-dining experiences with insect-based cuisine to launching social initiatives that empower former inmates to farm crickets sustainably, Amino Insecto blends science, social impact, and entrepreneurship into one mission: transforming the way the world eats while healing our planet.
Our journey has taken us from local communities in Thailand to international stages, partnering with chefs, researchers, and global organizations like FAO and UNEP. Every plate we serve, every campaign we launch, carries one message: the future of food must be sustainable, inclusive, and bold.
We are more than just a student project. We are proof that young people can lead change, inspire innovation, and build a more resilient future for generations to come.
